General Membership Meeting Minutes

The general membership meeting of the Kentucky Angus Association was called to order on March 5, 2010, by President Henry Smith at 9:35 pm.
Mark Warren moved to accept the minutes as presented. James Coffey seconded. Motion passed.
Mark Warren moved to accept the Secretary/Treasurer’s financial report. Kenley Conner seconded. Motion passed.
Mark Warren moved to dispense with the Committee and other reports. Davis Holder seconded. Motion passed.
Dr. Herb Brown, Nominating Committee Chair, moved to accept Joe Goggin and Gil Ray Cowles as directors for their first 3 year term. Mark Warren seconded. Motion passed. Shawn Gibson moved to to re-elect Keith Johnson to his second term as director and to elect Billy Jasper to fill the 3 year term vacated by Dave Neely. Mark Warren seconded. Motion passed.
